We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you express interest in our products, contact us, participate in activities on our websites, or otherwise interact with us. This information may include:

- Regulatory filings published by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (EDGAR), the UK Companies House, and equivalent authorities in other jurisdictions
- Corporate websites and professional biography pages
- Professional networking platforms (such as LinkedIn) where the individual has chosen to make their professional information public
- Subscription-based business contact data providers operating in accordance with applicable data protection law
- Industry directories, conference participant lists, and similar professional sources
We use this information only to contact the individual in their professional capacity about matters relevant to their role. See Section 5 below for details on our outreach practices.

LiminalX contacts business professionals by email and through professional networking platforms about our products and services, including our FeeLogic offering, where the content is relevant to the recipient's professional role and the outreach is directed to a business contact.
Where the recipient is in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on our legitimate interests in business development under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR and UK GDPR. We have conducted a documented Legitimate Interests Assessment for this activity and balanced our interests against the rights and freedoms of the individuals contacted. You may request a summary of this assessment by contacting us as described in Section 14.
Outreach emails may be sent from sending domains associated with LiminalX, including liminalx.ai, feelogic.ai, tryfeelogic.com, feelogic4ib.com, feelogictry.com, getfeelogic.com, hello-feelogic.com, meet-feelogic.com, myfeelogic.com, onfeelogic.com, and try-feelogic.com. Every outreach email:
- Identifies LiminalX Inc. as the sender
- States the source of the recipient's contact information
- Links to this privacy notice
- Provides a simple way to opt out of further contact
We honor opt-out requests on receipt and maintain a permanent suppression list to ensure recipients who have opted out are not contacted again on any channel.
If you have received outreach from us and would like to be removed from any future contact, you may reply to the message indicating your preference, or contact us as described in Section 14.

## 6. Cookies and tracking technologies

- **Customer and prospect records** are retained for the duration of the business relationship and for a reasonable period afterward to address inquiries, exercise legal rights, and comply with tax, accounting, and other legal obligations.
- **Website analytics data** is retained in accordance with our analytics provider's default settings.
When we no longer have a legitimate need to retain personal information, we will delete or anonymize it.

### 10.2 EU and UK Representative
LiminalX Inc. has not appointed a representative under Article 27 of the GDPR or UK GDPR. We rely on the exemption available under Article 27(2)(a) on the basis that our processing of personal data of individuals in the EU and UK is occasional, does not include large-scale processing of special categories of data or criminal conviction data, and is unlikely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons. We will reassess this position if the nature or scope of our processing changes.
### 10.3 Legal basis for processing
We process your personal information on the following legal bases:
- **Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f))** for our business development outreach to professionals in their professional capacity, and for operating, securing, and improving our services. We have conducted a Legitimate Interests Assessment balancing our interests against the rights and freedoms of the individuals concerned. You may request a summary by contacting us as described in Section 14.
- **Performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b))** where we process personal data to deliver services you or your organization have requested.
- **Consent (Article 6(1)(a))** where you have expressly opted in to receive communications from us. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- **Compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c))** where we are required to process personal data to comply with law.
### 10.4 Source of personal data
Where we have not collected personal data directly from you, we collect it from the categories of sources described in Section 2.3.
### 10.5 International transfers
LiminalX Inc. is established in the United States. When you contact us or are contacted by us, your personal information is transferred to and processed in the United States. The United States does not have an adequacy decision from the European Commission or the UK government covering general transfers. We rely on appropriate safeguards under Article 46 of the GDPR and UK GDPR, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable, to protect your information during such transfers. You may request a copy of the safeguards we have in place by contacting us as described in Section 14.
### 10.6 Retention
We retain personal information collected for outreach for a maximum of six months from the date of last contact, unless an active business discussion is ongoing or you become a customer. Other retention periods are described in Section 7.
### 10.7 Your rights
Under the GDPR and UK GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- **Right of access (Article 15)** to obtain confirmation of whether we process your personal data and, if so, a copy of that data.
- **Right to rectification (Article 16)** to have inaccurate personal data corrected and incomplete personal data completed.
- **Right to erasure (Article 17)** to have your personal data erased in certain circumstances.
- **Right to restriction of processing (Article 18)** to restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
- **Right to data portability (Article 20)** to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and to transmit it to another controller.
- **Right to object (Article 21)**, including the absolute right to object to processing for direct marketing purposes at any time. When you exercise this right, we will stop processing your data for direct marketing immediately.
- **Right to withdraw consent (Article 7(3))** where we rely on consent.
- **Rights related to automated decision-making (Article 22).** We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us as described in Section 14. We will respond within one month of receiving your request, although we may extend this period by up to two further months for complex requests and will inform you of any extension.
### 10.8 Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the EU member state of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement. In the UK, the supervisory authority is the Information Commissioner's Office (https://ico.org.uk). See Sections 3 and 4. We do not sell personal information, and we have not sold or shared personal information for targeted advertising in the preceding twelve months. We do not use personal information for profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

### California "Shine the Light"
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. We have not made such disclosures in the preceding calendar year.

## 12. Do-not-track signals
Some browsers transmit "do-not-track" or "global privacy control" signals. We currently honor the global privacy control signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for residents of states whose laws require this. We do not otherwise alter our practices in response to do-not-track signals, as there is no consistent industry or legal standard for those signals.
